About dr. adanna johnson
Dr. Adanna J. Johnson, Ph.D., is a socially and environmentally conscious stylist and psychologist. With a minimalist approach, she helps clients develop intentional and well-cultivated wardrobes that align with their identity and values. Dr. Johnson prioritizes sustainable brands, particularly those created by BIPOC and queer designers. As a higher education administrator, professor, and psychologist she brings a deep understanding of identity development and self-perception to her styling approach, known as Wardrobe Wellness. Currently serving as the Associate Chief Academic Officer for Faculty Affairs at the University of the District of Columbia, Dr. Johnson is a member of the Association of Black Psychologists and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is blessed to be mama of a 11-year-old, is a dancer, a Trekkie, and enjoys fitness activities like weightlifting, Pilates, and yoga.
